L. Susan Carter is working on her PhD in History at Michigan State University. She has been a professor at Michigan State, and also served as the Executive Assistant to the university president. A former radio reporter and TV editorial director in Michigan and Canada, Sue also served as the press secretary to the former Governor of Michigan. A graduate of Michigan State University, Sue completed her Juris Doctor and Master’s Degrees at Wayne State University. After receiving a Master of Divinity from The General Theological Seminary, she received a Doctor of Ministry from Seabury-Western Seminary.
